Job Description
Coordinate the introduction of new projects from engineering into volume production.
Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.
Follow up production performance by monitoring yield, quality, efficiency, and technical issues.
Required qualifications
Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex technical ASIC products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
Familiar with standards like automotive and medical
