Job description
For one of our clients, a major player in the energy infrastructure sector, we are looking for a consultant to join its Network Development Plan (NDP) team and take ownership of NDP workstreams for molecules (H₂, CO₂, CH₄), reporting to the NDP Manager.
Key responsibilities
Own and drive assigned NDP workstreams, potentially across several molecule-related NDPs in parallel.
Coordinate internal contributors (Finance, Asset Delivery, Business Development, etc.): planning, follow-up, data collection and basic checks.
Report regularly to the NDP Manager on progress, risks, open points and decisions required.
Draft first versions of NDP sections and deliverables, and challenge inputs to ensure coherence, quality and regulatory alignment.
Prepare meetings with authorities, external stakeholders and steering committees, draft minutes and follow up on actions.
Coordinate public consultations: materials, comment tracking, response tables and integration into the NDP.
Required qualifications
University degree in engineering, applied sciences, economics, energy systems or another analytical field.
Junior graduate with clear leadership potential, or experienced profile in project management, coordination or regulatory workstreams.
Strong ownership mindset, autonomy and ability to manage several workstreams in parallel.
Excellent organisational, structuring and drafting skills.
Strong AI proficiency as a core working method (must-have).
Professional command of FR, NL and EN (must-have).
Assets: experience in energy, infrastructure or regulatory sectors; familiarity with Strategic Environmental Assessment.
