We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to work for our client specializing in Energy.
Job Description
• Manage Client QCP Orders and ensure application.
• Develop and refine Quality Inspection Matrix with Engineering/Sustaining
• Oversee Third-Party Inspections and associated Customer Quality Files
• Support data cleansing and presentation in PowerBI dashboard.
• Assist in defining quality program status indicators and performance measurements.
• Conduct internal audits and provide trend analysis on quality issues.
• Review internal Quality Inspection plans and drive improvements.
• Implement procedures for inspections and testing in compliance with QMS.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans and address non-conformances.
• Analyze data to facilitate process improvements.
• Coordinate deviation and non-conformance processes.
• Create and classify Product Quality incident reports.
• Provide QMS training and ensure competency levels are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external management systems.
Required qualifications
• Engineer Degree in Mechanical/electro-mechanical/electrical engineer or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in at least 2 of the following domains in quality and auditing.
• You have knowledge of data analysis.
• You are comfortable working with SAP and PowerBI
