Job Description
We are looking for an SOFTWARE DESIGNER / SOFTWARE ARCHITECT for a client in the Railway Industry to :
-develop (specification, design & designer tests) railways ETCS/ERTMS Application Sw
This Software implements the interface between the driver in the train cabin and the EVC (European Vital Computer) equipment. This Software doesn't include low level communication layers.
Others taks :
-Development of big and minor changes in an existing Sw.
-Integration on target.
-Functional tests in lab.
Required qualifications
-Engineering degree (bac+ 4 or bac+ 5) with orientation software (or telecom / automatics) with specific training/experience in the fields of software design and development, or other well suited degree/background.
Desired Knowledge / Experience
Experimented in Sw design and programming (4 or 5 years min).
Experimented in real time embedded Sw. Experimented in Application, API design. Experimented in ERTMS if not in railways applications. (if not, avionic or automobile).
Technical Skills & Competencies Development in ADA Programming Language environment if not, development environment in, C or C++ programming language.
Functional Sw specification. Configuration and Modification management (Clearcase|Git and Clearquest|RTC tools). Good english oral & written expression
