Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Aircraft System Engineer to contribute to new UAV projects Development. This is a permanent role with our client based in the UAE.
The ideal candidate is an an Aerospace System Engineer with expertise in UAS products, system engineering processes, and safety protocols. Responsible for system design, lifecycle management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Job responsibilities:
• Design and integrate UAV systems, including payloads, platforms, and ground stations.
• Lead System Engineering processes throughout product lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on system design and problem-solving for UAS products.
• Ensure adherence to safety processes and airworthiness regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering (ideally Master degree).
• minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace engineering, specializing in UAV systems.
• Proficiency in System engineering with INCOSE certification.
• Working knowledge of NATO standards STANAG 4671 USAR and/or MIL-STD 961
