Job description
We are looking for a Technical Analyst to support a pharmaceutical project focused on the development and operation of enterprise Analytics and Data Science platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities between business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Gather and analyze requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Support the development and maintenance of Analytics and Data Science platforms.
- Support AWS infrastructure and EKS/Kubernetes environments, including networking, storage, access management, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, and GitOps.
- Support Data Science and Machine Learning environments based on Domino Data Lab, Python, and R.
- Coordinate deployments, release activities, and change management across different environments.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Monitor platform performance, coordinate incident resolution, and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security, governance, and validation requirements.
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Analyst, IT Analyst, or in a similar technical role.
- Understanding of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, GitOps, and CI/CD.
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or R.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, monitoring, and security.
- Experience with software testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Knowledge of change and incident management.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Domino Data Lab.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GxP validation requirements.
- Experience supporting Data Science or Machine Learning platforms.
