About the project
Our client, a company in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Delivery Orchestrator for its R&D data program. The goal is to deliver and roll out ASMs (Allotrope Simple Models) on time, so research teams get more value from their GxP and non-GxP lab instrument data.
What you'll do
- Identify and manage risks, impediments, assumptions and dependencies, and deal with them early
- Coordinate deliverables within and across several squads to keep the program roadmap on track
- Build and maintain program timelines and roadmaps with the Product Manager, Product Technical Lead and Business Lead
- Work day to day with Technical Analysts, Data Engineers, Test Engineers, Platform Engineers and Business SMEs
- Possibly take care of project documentation, depending on allocation
Required qualifications
What we're looking for
- 5+ years managing IT release deployments in a pharmaceutical or scientific R&D environment
- Experience with GxP and regulatory requirements for lab data systems, such as controlled access, audit trails and validated processes
- Flexibility on delivery methods: you go with what works for the team
- Strong organizational skills, including handling support channels and prioritizing requests across a large user base
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional English
