Job description
We are looking for an AI Agent / Prompt Engineer (PART-TIME basis) to support a project focused on analysing financial data and supporting financial reporting processes. The role involves designing and improving prompts, testing AI agent outputs, and helping develop reliable workflows for processing and interpreting financial information.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve prompts and instructions for AI agents.
- Test AI agent outputs and identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Develop and refine AI workflows for analysing financial and reporting data.
- Work with structured and unstructured financial information and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated results against source data and defined requirements.
- Define rules and instructions for how AI agents should process financial information.
- Document prompts, workflows, test cases, and improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Continuously improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI agent outputs.
Required qualifications
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, LLMs, or similar AI-based solutions.
- Practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of prompt design, AI workflows, and structured outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data and AI-generated outputs.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of French, with the ability to understand common financial and reporting terminology.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, investment management, accounting, or reporting.
- Experience working with financial statements or investment-related data.
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL.
- Experience with APIs or AI workflow automation.
- Experience testing or evaluating AI/LLM outputs.
