Senior consultant specialized in Knowledge Management to lead a consulting exercise and define the firm's target knowledge management model.
The assignment covers the current-state assessment, operating model design, governance definition, and evaluation of market solutions.
CONTEXTE
- Consulting assignment for the firm to define the target Knowledge Management model.
- The goal is to turn knowledge into a strategic asset for the organization.
MISSIONS
- Strategy and operating model
- Analyze the current state of knowledge management in the organization.
- Identify business needs, processes, and priority use cases.
- Define the target operating model for Knowledge Management.
- Design the processes for knowledge creation, validation, maintenance, consumption, and retirement.
- Governance and organization
- Define the governance model for the Knowledge Management function based on Deloitte standards.
- Establish roles and responsibilities (Knowledge Manager, Owners, Contributors, Communities of Practice, etc.).
- Propose adoption, quality, and knowledge value indicators.
- Define control, maintenance, and evolution mechanisms for the knowledge repository.
- Solutions evaluation
- Analyze leading market tools for knowledge management, collaboration, and knowledge-based intelligence.
- Assess the suitability of adopting a commercial solution versus developing a proprietary platform.
- Develop functional, technological, and financial evaluation criteria, including tool selection processes (demos, comparisons, scoring, and final recommendation).
