My client, a leading player in its sector, is looking for its future Business Data Analyst Bilingual.
Le poste
Main Mission:
Contribute to the company's strategic growth by combining data analysis, operational monitoring and actionable recommendations to optimize commercial performance.
Key objective: Free up time for the existing team by automating manual tasks and strengthening market analysis capabilities.
1. Analysis & Reporting
Produce reports, sales forecasts, performance analyses, market share analyses and turnover distribution reports.
Analyze market trends, new segments and performance variances compared with previous periods.
Prepare executive summaries and presentations for management.
Develop and maintain reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
2. Business Development Support
Prepare materials required for meetings, negotiations and decision-making.
Conduct impact studies, simulations and analyses related to contract renewals or changes.
Carry out competitive benchmarking and provide recommendations.
Create, manage and analyze ad hoc and recurring surveys and questionnaires.
3. Data Management & Reliability
Clean, structure, control and maintain databases.
Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across different tools.
Implement validation checks and monitor data required for internal processes.
4. Contract & Tools Management
Review, validate, enter and update contractual data in internal systems.
Manage user access and monitor access rights.
Act as the functional point of contact for a key business tool and contribute to its continuous improvement.
Contribute to defining functional requirements related to contracts, commercial terms, dashboards, analyses and data controls.
5. Tools, Automation & AI
Develop simulation tools in Excel and dashboards in Power BI.
Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to reduce manual tasks, improve analysis and support decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.
Profil recherché
Hard Skills:
Experience: 5+ years
Tools:
Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis.
PowerPoint: Ability to create clear, impactful and professional presentations.
Power BI: Ability to create and maintain dashboards.
Languages:
Fluent English required.
French or another European language is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset: Ability to turn data into actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
Proactivity: Ability to identify missing data, close information gaps and anticipate business needs.
