Job Description
You will join our team of experts in data governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advise on the implementation of the EU AI Act, including risk classification, governance requirements, documentation obligations, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Conduct and coordinate Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIAs) and AI compliance checks, including risk analysis and mitigation measures.
- Ensure AI governance is embedded into existing governance and delivery processes (e.g. intake, risk assessment, documentation, ownership), minimizing parallel structures.
- Develop and maintain AI governance policies, guidelines, and role models that are understandable and actionable for business teams (e.g. AI usage principles, AI risk classification frameworks).
- Monitor AI governance best practices and regulatory evolution, and translate high-level concepts into practical frameworks and operating models.
- Coordinate with data protection, information security, and data governance experts to ensure alignment across compliance domains.
- Advise business when selecting or onboarding new tools with AI functionality, working with Procurement to coordinate risk analysis and vendor communication.
- Participate in the design and execution of AI awareness and onboarding frameworks, in collaboration with Architects, Business, and L&D teams.
- Monitor and interpret AI governance KPIs, including AI risk classification coverage, compliance maturity, and adoption indicators.
- Chair the AI Governance Board, ensuring clear decisions, follow-up actions, and measurable outcomes.
- Represent AI Governance in strategic programs, initiatives, and steering committees when required.
Required qualifications

Must-have skills :
- Solid understanding of AI governance concepts, including risk-based approaches, ethical AI principles, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR).
- Strong knowledge of compliance methodologies, impact assessments (FRIA, DPIA), and audit-readiness practices.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-specialist audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical audiences.
- Strong structuring, synthesis, and documentation capabilities.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, legal, and data teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to position AI governance as a business enabler rather than a control function.
