Job Description
We are looking for an OT Security Architect (Lead) to join a pharmaceutical project and lead the development of cybersecurity standards and architecture for Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on OT security strategy, network segmentation, secure integration, and governance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define OT cybersecurity strategy, architecture principles, and governance standards.
- Develop OT security architectures, standards, and guidelines aligned with industry frameworks.
- Design network segmentation, Security Zones & Conduits, and firewall architectures.
- Define secure connectivity between OT, Enterprise, and Cloud environments.
- Establish OT identity, access management, and privileged access requirements.
- Conduct and support OT cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Define requirements for vulnerability management and OT incident response.
- Lead workshops with IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Lead technical reviews, governance discussions, and architecture sign-offs.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate security standards.
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in OT / ICS cybersecurity architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
- Experience with industrial control systems and manufacturing cybersecurity.

Network segmentation
Firewall security architecture
Defense-in-Depth / Onion Model
IAM and privileged access
OT incident response
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, ideally pharmaceutical.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical architecture and standards.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with pharmaceutical / GxP environments.
- Relevant OT cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience with OT/IT and cloud integration projects.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
