Job Description
You will be responsible for functional safety, technical safety concepts, and safety software requirements for ongoing 48V hybrid inverter projects and high-voltage full-EV platforms. This includes creating, updating, and validating safety architectures and ensuring compliance with ISO 26262.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical concepts (TSC).
- Create and validate safety-related software requirements.
- Conduct/Support FMEA, FMEDA safety analyses.
- Support verification, validation, safety testing, and safety case preparation.
- Ensure ISO 26262 compliance across system and software levels.
Required qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Systems, or Safety Engineering.
- Deep understanding of inverter technology, failure modes, and control safety.
- Strong experience in ISO 26262 and safety architecture definition.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++.
- Ability to interpret hardware schematics and software implementations.
- Rigorous, structured engineering mindset with strong documentation and communication skills.
