🚀 Your Responsibilities
- Provide high standard services with regards to H3SE&Q, so to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project.
- Provide high level support services to ensure compliance with the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project.
- Lead planning, execution, and control of delivery for wellhead, tubing hanger and XT systems, ensuring timely issuance and delivery.
- Serve as the focal point for delivery of all SPS equipment to Drilling and Surf when required, across internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow-up delivery schedules, progress tracking tools, and risk registers.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and installation teams.
- Drive readiness reviews (FAT, SIT, EFAT, loadout, offshore readiness) and ensure all prerequisites are met.
- Act as the primary interface with SPS EPFS Contractor for delivery of wellhead, tubing hanger and XT systems hardware packages.
- Monitor manufacturing progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery milestones.
- Assess supplier performance and ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
Profil recherché
👤 Ideal Candidate
This job is definitely for you if:
Qualification: Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Subsea Engineering, or related field.
• Languages: English
• Professional Experience: Recent and relevant experience with major SPS Contractor covering detailed design,
fabrication, delivery, and offshore execution in deepwater environment. Strong experience in delivery of subsea
hardware (wellhead, tubing hanger, XT system and tooling), Subsea drilling knowledge and experience.
• Experience within project: at least 15 years in large offshore oil & gas subsea environment / projects.
• Additional features:
High awareness of safe working practices on subsea system construction.
Excellent communication skills. Excellent written skills.
Willing to travel as required for business both internal and overseas.
Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures in a complex and multicultural working environment.
Good knowledge of relevant codes, and preferably of TotalEnergies General Specifications, procedures and
policies.
