Job Description
As a Business Developer, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth. You identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and act as the link between their needs and our engineering expertise.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new potential clients (cold calling, emailing, networking, events)
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your client portfolio
- Understand clients' technical needs and translate them into concrete staffing opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Work closely with the recruitment team to match the right consultants with the right projects
- Monitor your market, competitors, and industry trends
- Track and report on your commercial activity and results
Required qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a commercial or business development role
- Proven experience in prospection / lead generation
- Experience in the engineering sector is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and fluent in French and/or Dutch
- Result-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn
