🎯 Purpose of the role
By joining the team, you will take on the role of INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F).
🚀 Your responsibilities
In practical terms, your day-to-day role will involve:
• Operations management: Defining the manufacturing strategy, planning workloads and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team management: Supervising workshop, maintenance and quality managers, and facilitating industrial relations.
• Continuous improvement: Implement Lean methods, reduce defects and optimise production flows.
• Budget management: Manage the site's budget, approve investments and modernise equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
Profil recherché
👤 Ideal candidate
This job is definitely for you if:
• Qualifications: A degree in Piping Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in an industrial environment in a similar role
• Key skills: Proficiency in production management tools (CAPM, Lean), strong leadership skills, organisational skills and
• Languages: Chinese Native/fluent and either English or French.
