Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to support the delivery, configuration, validation, and ongoing operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems within a pharmaceutical R&D environment. This role combines technical analysis, system configuration, infrastructure coordination, validation, and user support to ensure reliable and compliant laboratory software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems.
- Configure and manage on-premises and AWS cloud resources to support laboratory applications and business workflows.
- Act as the primary technical contact for business users and operational support teams.
- Coordinate infrastructure, software deployment, and migration activities with cross-functional teams.
- Support software releases, validation activities, and production deployments.
- Develop, execute, and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and other validation test scripts.
- Prepare and maintain SDLC and validation documentation in accordance with GxP requirements.
- Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and laboratory instrument connectivity issues.
- Deliver technical documentation, user guidance, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of laboratory technology initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and AWS cloud services.
- Experience supporting laboratory systems in GxP and non-GxP environments.
- Strong understanding of chromatography data systems and laboratory instrument integrations supporting large user and instrument environments.
- Experience with software lifecycle management, validation, and regulated system deployments.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts.
- Experience troubleshooting laboratory software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity issues.
- Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring small technical teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS or similar laboratory informatics platforms.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering technical training and creating user documentation.
- Knowledge of laboratory validation, SDLC, and computerized system compliance.
- Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments
