Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of an enterprise laboratory informatics platform used by scientists across GxP and non-GxP research environments. In this role, you will act as the bridge between laboratory users, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring that scientific workflows, system configurations, and integrations meet business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and technical teams. - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for laboratory informatics solutions. - Lead onboarding and migration activities for new laboratory users and instrument groups. - Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business needs into system configurations and functional requirements. - Support system integrations by documenting requirements, data mappings, and validation considerations. - Perform impact assessments for new software releases and recommend configuration or process improvements. - Define, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing activities. - Provide application support, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. - Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, FAQs, and self-service resources. - Deliver user training sessions and support successful adoption of new capabilities. - Maintain project documentation in accordance with SDLC and GxP requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of laboratory systems and processes.

Required qualifications

- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Specialist supporting laboratory or scientific software. - Experience working with chromatography data systems (CDS) or similar laboratory informatics platforms. - Experience supporting laboratory workflows and scientific data management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. - Strong understanding of GxP principles, computerized systems, validation, audit trails, and controlled environments. - Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating requirements into system solutions. - Experience supporting software implementations, migrations, or onboarding projects. - Hands-on experience with system integrations, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination. - Experience preparing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Fluent English. Nice to Have: - Experience with chromatography data systems, particularly Agilent OpenLAB CDS. - Experience with Jira, Xray, Vera, or ServiceNow. - Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training. - Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and scientific instrument software. - Experience working in Agile or global project environments.
