Job Description
The Mission
Do you enjoy being the technical link between lab users, internal teams and external suppliers? Join a Process Sciences organization in Belgium where your technical rigor will directly support the reliability of equipment behind pharmaceutical research.
Your Responsibilities
As Laboratory Equipment Support, you provide technical support for laboratory equipment as well as co-managed facilities on site. Specifically, you will:
Ensure full technical follow-up of laboratory equipment: preventive maintenance, corrective interventions and continuous improvement, with rigorous management of equipment identification in the maintenance database
Organize and plan preventive maintenance, and provide first-line diagnosis in case of breakdown to mobilize the right resources
Coordinate interventions between suppliers and users, accompany external technicians, and follow up on supplier quote requests
Contribute to keeping technical files, plans and equipment schematics up to date
Act as the technical interface for site facilities with the building owner, technical service providers and internal teams across all disciplines
Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper documentation of interventions (work permits, notifications, work orders), in line with GxP and ISO requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability, take part in audits, inspections and inspection-readiness activities, as well as new equipment implementation projects.
Participate in coordination meetings and technical reviews with users.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
You are organized and rigorous, able to manage multiple files and priorities in parallel
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in an evolving environment
You work at ease with a wide range of stakeholders
You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
You have a good scientific and technical understanding, ideally gained in a laboratory, industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
