Are you passionate about Supply Chain, planning and cross-functional collaboration?
We're looking for a Co-manufacturing Supply Coordinator to join our Global S&OP team.
As our co-manufacturing network continues to grow, this newly created position will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our markets, Procurement, Supply Chain teams and external manufacturing partners.
You will become the central point of coordination for all co-manufacturing planning activities, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What you'll do
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and coordinate the co-manufacturing planning process across multiple markets
- Transform sales forecasts into robust production and replenishment plans
- Work closely with Procurement, Operations and Commercial teams to align demand, capacity and supply
- Monitor production and shipment performance while driving service excellence
- Anticipate supply risks and propose proactive solutions
- Support innovation launches and ensure smooth implementation of new products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and standardize our planning processes
- Implement a dedicated S&OP process for all our co-manufacturing activities
Profil recherché
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment and who has:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations
- Around 2-3 years' experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Professional English
