Job Description
Become part of a global cybersecurity initiative responsible for secure network access across a large enterprise environment. The focus of the project is on identity-driven access control, authentication services, network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture supporting thousands of users and connected devices worldwide.
The environment combines modern automation, Infrastructure as Code and enterprise-grade security technologies to deliver scalable and resilient access services.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize enterprise Network Access Control solutions.
- Manage and enhance Cisco ISE environments, ensuring scalability, stability and security.
- Develop authentication services based on 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP-TLS and related technologies.
- Implement identity-based access policies and network segmentation strategies.
- Build secure integrations between identity platforms, authentication services and security solutions.
- Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages.
- Develop API-based integrations and self-service capabilities for internal engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical expertise for Secure Access initiatives.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous platform improvement.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Network Security or Network Access Control.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE.
- Practical knowledge of 802.1X, TrustSec, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP-TLS and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of segmentation technologies and identity-driven security.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible and Python.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, including routing and switching.
- Ability to design scalable, secure authentication and access control solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with international engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines and security automation.
- Experience building REST API integrations.
- Cisco Security certifications (CCNP Security, CCIE Security).
- CISSP or similar industry-recognized certifications.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments with large-scale infrastructure.
