Job Description
Join an international cybersecurity initiative focused on securing enterprise connectivity across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The project centers on designing, evolving, and operating enterprise-grade edge security services that protect business-critical infrastructure while enabling secure global access.
You will contribute to the development of modern network security capabilities, working closely with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams in a highly automated environment built around Zero Trust principles.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise edge security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain Next-Generation Firewall platforms with a focus on high availability and advanced threat prevention.
- Implement and improve Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions and modern remote access services.
- Develop secure architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Create and optimize security automation using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.
- Build integrations and self-service capabilities through APIs and automation.
- Participate in complex incident investigations and propose long-term architectural improvements.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to continuously improve security services and operational efficiency.
- Support the evolution of edge security technologies, including DDoS protection, secure internet access, and network visibility.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Network Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including BGP, OSPF, DNS and TLS.
- Experience securing AWS, Azure or GCP environments.
- Practical knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and modern remote access technologies.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible and/or Python for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with API integrations and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex network security environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in international teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SASE platforms such as Prisma Access or Zscaler.
- Hands-on knowledge of DDoS mitigation solutions (Cloudflare, Akamai, F5).
- Vendor certifications (Palo Alto, Fortinet or Cisco).
- CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, finance or pharmaceuticals.
