The Project
As part of the construction of an electrolyzer manufacturing plant, we are looking for a Project Planner (Primavera P6) to develop and manage the project's execution schedule on behalf of the Engineering Consultant (Owner's Engineer / EPCM).
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project's execution schedule.
- Review, analyze and optimize the existing schedule to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and subcontractors' performance.
- Lead schedule review meetings with the client.
- Coordinate weekly progress meetings with subcontractors to track project progress, identify schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes and provide regular progress reporting.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Required qualifications
Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex industrial projects.
- Experience in process industries (chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, hydrogen, oil & gas, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
