Our client is an international player in the EV charging industry, providing innovative charging solutions and customized white label products for Charge Point Operators (CPOs), resellers, and distribution partners across Europe. To support its continued growth in France and Belgium, our client is looking for a Sales Engineer based in Northern France.

Position Overview : The Sales Engineer will play a key role in supporting the commercial team with technical expertise, customer engagement, and white label project coordination. -- Key Responsibilities Technical Sales Support (50%)
- Support sales managers and commercial teams with technical customer inquiries. - Provide technical advice and product presentations to customers and partners. - Participate in customer visits and technical discussions. - Support tender processes and technical documentation preparation. - Assist Technical Account Managers with advanced technical topics when required.
Market Insights & Product Feedback (20%)
- Gather market intelligence regarding customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in France. - Share structured feedback with Product Management and R&D teams. - Prepare quarterly market insight reports to support product evolution and competitiveness.
White Label Product Support (20-25%)
- Support customers interested in white label EV charging solutions. - Guide customers through branding and customization processes. - Collect technical and functional requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. - Handle basic low-code customization and configuration tasks when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Customer Service with complex technical requests. - Assist with translation and localization of technical materials when needed. - Present product roadmaps together with Product Management and Sales teams. - Deliver technical training sessions on installation and product usage.
Profil recherché
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role. - Experience in the EV charging or electromobility industry is considered a strong advantage. - Technical or engineering background preferred. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and partners.
