We are recruiting an AI Consultant for a 6-month project of Workflow Automation & Integration with a very well-known Aerospace Group.
Role Overview
- You are a tech-savvy, passionate AI Consultant to help our team streamline, automate, and revolutionize our digital workflows.
- You are someone who love finding elegant tech solutions to repetitive problems, thrives on building custom scripts, and you are genuinely excited about exploring new AI tools and APIs.
- You don't need decades of corporate experience for this role, what matters most is your hands-on coding capability, your problem-solving grit, and a true "geek" mindset that drives you to constantly tinker with and improve technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Build Automations: Analyze our current team workflows and develop customized, automated digital solutions to eliminate manual tasks.
- Custom Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (primarily in Python) to bridge gaps between different software systems.
- API Integration: Connect disparate platforms and applications by setting up, testing, and maintaining robust API integrations.
- AI Implementation: Explore, test, and integrate modern AI tools (like LLMs, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code AI features) to make our workflows smarter.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Maintain existing automated workflows, troubleshoot bugs, and continuously optimize performance.
- Tech Advocacy: Act as the team's go-to tech expert, suggesting new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve digital efficiency.
Required qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Coding Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of Python (or similar scripting languages) with a portfolio of custom projects, scripts, or tools you've built.
- API Knowledge: Proven capability to work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON/XML.
- Tech-Savvy & AI Literate: Deep interest in the latest technology trends, including hands-on experience or experimentation with AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Workflow Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Google Appscript, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate) is a huge plus.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural curiosity to deconstruct complex workflows and rebuild them more efficiently.
- Communication: Ability to understand the team's non-technical pain points and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Experience Level
- 0–3 years of professional experience. We highly value personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathon participation, or freelance work over years spent sitting in an office.
