Job Description
*Develop and implement data‑driven classification workflows for time-resolved image data, including dataset preparation and feature engineering.
*Apply and evaluate machine‑learning models to extract and interpret key performance metrics
*Analyse model performance, including validation, robustness, and risks such as overfitting
*Optimize preprocessing and data pipelines to improve model accuracy and scalability
*Communicate results through clear visualizations and presentations to support decision‑making
Required qualifications
*Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a stong interest in biology
*Minimum 5 years of experience in computer vision, including image and time‑resolved data analysis
*Strong expertise in machine learning, particularly classification methods and model evaluation
*Experience with image processing pipelines, including preprocessing and feature extraction Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries
