Your responsibilities:
- Understand user problems with empathy and interact directly with them - Investigate client issues, assess their importance and adapt responses accordingly - Fix technical bugs and communicate about the solutions - Develop new features and improve the user experience - Quickly assimilate new technologies (API, Azure, Postgres, React, TypeScript)
