I am recruiting on behalf of one of my clients, a Belgian company that has had an office in Mauritius for several years, a Customer Excellent Agent speaking English and French.
Le poste
As a Customer Excellence Agent, you are the key point of contact for customer satisfaction
on our various webshops. You will handle post-order support, solve problems efficiently, and
collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer
experience.
🛠 Your responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders (delivery,
returns, product issues, payment, etc.).
• Provide concrete and personalized solutions quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and
successful deliveries.
• Follow up on incidents until they are fully resolved.
• Identify recurring issues and report them to the technical team or other relevant
departments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and service quality.
Profil recherché
👤 Your profile
• You have previous experience in after-sales service, customer support, or ecommerce order management.
• You are confident using digital tools (email, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. (Both languages will be used when interacting with clients, and English will be used internally)
• You are empathetic, organized, patient, and a strong problem-solver.
• You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate remotely with various stakeholders.

- 30,000 to 40,000 RS, depending on experience
- Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Business hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., so some flexibility is expected)
- Remote work: After 6 months, minimum 3 days/week in the office with the option to work remotely the rest of the time.
- Health insurance after one year, with ⅔ of costs covered
- Transportation allowance
