Job Description
We are looking to add a Lead Generation Specialist to our team, someone who will help us reach the right clients in international markets and open the door to new partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring potential international clients (prospecting)
- Building and maintaining a database of leads and contact lists
- Running outreach activities: cold emailing, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling
- Qualifying leads and assessing their sales potential
- Booking meetings and passing high-quality leads to the sales / business development team
- Breaking the ice with prospects and building the first relationship
- Day-to-day work in the CRM, updating statuses, notes, and contact history
- Analyzing the market and spotting trends and niches in IT / software / outsourcing
- Reporting results and continuously measuring the effectiveness of your activities
Required qualifications
- Experience in: IT staffing, software house, outsourcing, nearshore, or agency recruitment / sales
- Hands-on experience with the UK and US markets (ideally both)
- Experience gained in a dynamic company rather than a large corporation
- Excellent command of English
- A strong financial drive, motivated by results and performance-based earnings
- The ability to break the ice and build relationships with clients with ease
- Independence: you can act and organize your work without micromanagement
- A results-oriented mindset: concrete outcomes matter to you, not just activity
- A desire to grow toward a Business Development Manager role
