Your Role
As a Sourcing & Buying Planner, you sit at the heart of our operations. Working closely with
an Account Manager on dedicated accounts, you own two critical streams: Sourcing and
Buying. You bring ideas to life, keep projects on track, and make sure every order lands on
time, and on brief.
This role is made for someone who thrives on variety, keeps cool under pressure, and
genuinely cares about getting things right.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Source products and ideas for clients, responding to requests from Account
- Managers or directly from clients.
- Manage supplier price requests: compare offers and select the best quality-to-price
- ratio.
- Prepare quotes for Account Managers and clients, then follow up to keep things
- moving.
- Create compelling presentations for Account Managers and clients.
- Liaise with the Graphic Design Department to ensure artworks and presentations
- align with client brand guidelines and agreed timelines.
- Resolve customer and Account Manager issues by investigating problems and
- building practical solutions.
- Issue invoices when orders are delivered or when payment is required in advance.
Buying & Planning
- Place orders with suppliers and verify compliance with company procedures.
- Manage the full order lifecycle:
- Issue purchase orders.
- Confirm receipt and client approval of supplier artworks.
- Request pre-production samples when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses through to final delivery.
- Ensure deliveries meet agreed timelines.
- Keep clients informed about delivery status.
- Cross-check supplier invoices against company purchase orders.
- Submit completed job cards to the Accounting Department for down payments and final payments.
- Plan and manage priorities across multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Graphic Design Team.

Avantages
- 30,000 to 45,000 RS, depending on experience
- Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Business hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., so some flexibility is expected)
- Remote work: After 6 months, minimum 3 days/week in the office with the option to work remotely the rest of the time.
- Health insurance after one year, with ⅔ of costs covered
