As part of the expansion of our portfolios through the new moBooking project, we are looking for a Revenue Analyst Manager capable of transforming data into strategic decisions and sustainably optimizing our profitability.

Your Mission:
You will be the strategic lead for pricing and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) management across the Horizon Holidays and moBooking portfolios.
Your main objective:
Maximize RevPAR through smart pricing strategies, reliable forecasting, and continuous optimization of distribution channels.
Your Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
- Define and manage dynamic pricing strategies
- Optimize revenue according to seasonality, demand, and market trends
- Manage pricing restrictions, minimum stay requirements, and inventory
- Build reliable, business-oriented revenue forecasts
- Conduct regular performance analyses and provide strategic recommendations
Distribution & Channel Optimization
- Monitor OTA, direct sales, and partner performance
- Optimize channel mix to improve profitability
- Ensure consistency of pricing, availability, and restrictions across all channels
- Increase direct bookings through adapted pricing strategies
Data & Tools
- Manage and optimize Yield Management tools (Avantio, Beyond Pricing, AirDNA, or equivalent)
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting tools
- Automate and secure Revenue Management processes
- Use data and AI to support pricing decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support operations, sales, and management teams with actionable insights
- Participate in budgeting exercises and annual revenue strategies
- Contribute to a culture of performance, excellence, and continuous improvement
Success Indicators
