Job Description
We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital products within a pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring high-quality product documentation and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation (business requirements, functional specs, user stories, process flows).
- Ensure requirements are well-structured, traceable, and understood by development teams.
- Work with web-based products and CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across documentation.
- Support product development and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, including use of automation and AI tools.
Required qualifications
- Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Understanding of web-based products, user flows, and content structures.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English.

- Experience using AI tools to support analysis or documentation.
- Exposure to KPIs, product metrics, or performance tracking.
- Experience in pharma or regulated environments.
