Job Description
We are looking for a Test Lead to support a pharmaceutical project, ensuring high-quality delivery through structured functional testing, test coordination, and validation activities across systems and data layers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute functional testing activities across project deliverables.
- Define and manage test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Perform basic database validations and data comparisons (DB ↔ UI, DB ↔ DB).
- Coordinate testing activities using structured test management processes.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain test documentation and support reporting in Agile environments.
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in functional software testing.
- Experience in defining and owning test strategy and test approach.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Xray.
- Ability to perform basic SQL-based data validation and comparisons.
- Experience working in structured testing processes (Agile or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Fluent English skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in pharma or healthcare projects.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks.
- Experience with test automation tools (Tosca, Robot Framework with Python).
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot or generative AI tools) to support testing activities.
