Job Description
You will join our team of experts in software solution development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and map software development processes to identify key stages, workflows, and inefficiencies
- Define and track key project milestones and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor process performance and measure efficiency
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, management) to understand data needs and support decision-making
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
