Job Description
You will join, within our Digital Transformation Division, a team of project management experts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end migration of the finance tool (Navision → Business Central)
- Define and manage the project plan, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, external vendors)
- Ensure data migration quality (GL, AP/AR, customers, vendors)
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID log)
- Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and ensure business validation
- Define and execute the cutover and go-live strategy
- Ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
Required qualifications
What profile are we looking for this position:
Must-have skills :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on ERP migration projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Business Central
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, data migration tools, APIs)
- Solid understanding of financial processes (accounting, invoicing, reporting)
- Knowledge of e-invoicing (regulatory frameworks, structured formats such as PEPPOL/XML)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Languages :
- Native Dutch (mandatory)
- Fluent in French and English
