Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead .NET / Azure for a project for our client in the EdTech industry. If you're excited about having a real impact on architecture, tech decisions, and shaping the direction of the platform, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build serverless solutions based on .NET 8+ and Azure Functions
- Handle system integrations using Azure Storage, Service Bus, and basic AWS services (S3, Lambda)
- Design, develop, and optimize databases (Cosmos DB, MS SQL, SQL Database Projects)
- Improve application performance by leveraging Redis as a caching layer
- Set up and integrate IdentityServer for authentication and authorization
- Maintain and manage Azure infrastructure (Functions, Storage, Service Bus, App Service)
- Write unit and integration tests
- Work closely with the development team, run code reviews, and keep code quality and system stability high
Required qualifications
- Strong command of .NET Core / .NET 8+
- Deep knowledge of Azure cloud. The platform is heavily built on Azure services, so solid hands-on experience here is a must (Functions, Storage, Service Bus, App Service)
- Solid MS SQL and database design skills, including SQL Database Projects
- Experience working with Cosmos DB
- Practical knowledge of Redis
- Experience with IdentityServer (authentication/authorization)
- Basic experience with AWS (S3, Lambda)
- A track record of building and maintaining backend systems
- Good understanding of application performance optimization
- Confident with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- AI enthusiast who sees modern software development as AI-assisted by default, and stays up to date with the latest releases from Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI
- Fluent English, minimum B2 level
