Le poste
As part of strengthening the teams of one of our clients based in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Test Lead (M/F).
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the proper application of testing methodologies and standards by development teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee a high level of quality.
- Perform continuous testing to identify defects and minimize production risks.
- Analyze functional and technical documentation.
- Define test strategy and plans, design test cases, oversee their execution, and produce associated reports.
- Report, track, and prioritize defects in defect management tools, ensuring they are regularly updated.
- Use quality management and tracking tools to ensure traceability and monitoring of testing activities.
- Maintain smooth communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure the integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop, automate, and maintain test scripts to improve testing reliability.
- Monitor automated test campaign results and analyze root causes of failures.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites as part of a continuous improvement approach.
Profil recherché
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Information Technology
- ISTQB certification
- Experience in testing microservices architectures
- Fluent in English
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Selenium or Playwright for automated testing
- Knowledge of Git for source code management
- Familiarity with version control and release management tools
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills
