Job Description
*Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
*Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
*Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
*Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
*Create lists of critical spare parts.
*Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
*Owner and executor of MOCs.
*Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
*Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
*Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
*Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
Required qualifications
*Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
*Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
*Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
*Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
*Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
*Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
*Analytical and results-driven.
*Strong in collaboration and communication.
*Proactive, accurate and process-oriented.
*Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
