Job Description
Get Your Way is looking for a Business Developer to support a new phase of growth in Belgium and internationally, with an initial focus on Flanders, followed by France.
The company develops solutions dedicated to hospital pharmacy logistics, with the aim of simplifying and securing day-to-day operations through ergonomic tools tailored to the needs of hospital teams.
This position plays a central role in the company's commercial development. It combines field presence, business development, and the strengthening of the sales approach. The person hired will be responsible for converting existing opportunities, opening new business relationships, strengthening the company's presence in the hospital sector, and contributing to the preparation of its expansion on a broader scale.
On a daily basis, the role includes prospecting, opportunity follow-up, commercial negotiations, network development, as well as the implementation of tools, sales materials, and follow-up methods designed to support sustainable growth. The position also involves developing partnerships, collaborating with internal teams on commercial materials, and monitoring performance indicators in order to adjust actions when needed.
In the medium term, this role may evolve towards broader responsibilities related to the structuring of the commercial activity, the development of new markets, and the support of the company's international growth.
Required qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, capable of managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
This role is suited to a candidate who is autonomous, structured, results-oriented, and comfortable in an operational position with a strong presence in the field. The ability to establish clear working methods, manage complex opportunities, and engage with high-level stakeholders is essential.
A strong network and a solid understanding of the Belgian hospital landscape are required, ideally with direct knowledge of hospital pharmacy. A proven presence in the Belgian market and a clear understanding of its stakeholders and dynamics are key to succeeding in this role.
A good understanding of the hospital, pharmaceutical, healthcare sector, or another demanding technical environment is expected. Experience in a growth environment, in structuring commercial activities, or in developing partnerships would be considered a strong asset.
Fluency in French and Dutch is required for this position. English is also an important asset in the context of international development.
Finally, we are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, has a strong business development mindset, and is eager to play an active role in the growth of an innovative company.
Benefits
The compensation package includes a fixed base salary as well as a motivating variable component, built around individual objectives and goals linked to the company's overall performance.
