1. Activities
The Service Provider is responsible for offshore consulting assignments and must have at least 10 years of experience. The work will take place in the Noirmoutier area and Île d'Yeu. The Offshore Lead Supervisor / Offshore Substation Manager will coordinate with various project stakeholders, including the Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager, Offshore Maintenance Coordinator, HSE representatives, and offshore technicians.
Team Leadership and Methods Management
The Service Provider will coordinate daily activities of offshore teams, ensuring compliance with HSE protocols, project schedules, and quality standards. They will oversee the creation and execution of risk-assessed method statements for offshore operations involving EMYN teams and subcontractors.
Additionally, they will conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement and development. Training sessions will be organized to enhance team skills and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Offshore Operations
The Service Provider will ensure that all offshore activities adhere to EMYN safety policies and industry regulations, conducting safety inspections and audits. Daily toolbox talks and Permit to Work reviews will be conducted.
To enhance operational efficiency, the Supervisor will monitor offshore activities, identify process improvements, and work to minimize downtime. They will also lead emergency response efforts, coordinating with stakeholders and organizing offshore emergency drills to assess the readiness of first responders.
Qualifications and Training
The Service Provider must possess the following mandatory certifications: Offshore Medical Certificate, Basic GWO Training, GWO Enhanced First Aid, GWO Advanced Rescue Training, French State CCMM, Rigging and Lifting Course (LOLER or CACES), Actsafe Power Ascender Training, and Electrical Certification H0-B0.
2. Participation in Meetings & Workshops
To ensure efficient communication between the Client and the Service Provider, monthly coordination meetings will be organized. These meetings will focus on:
- Reviewing contract performance and progress.
- Discussing additional activity requirements and the termination of existing work.
- Addressing challenges, difficulties, and lessons learned.
Meetings may take place face-to-face at the Client's offices in Paris-La Défense or via teleconference as agreed. The meeting agenda will be adjusted as needed, and frequency may vary depending on necessity.
Additional ad-hoc meetings and workshops may also be scheduled at the Client's discretion. The Service Provider may be required to attend these sessions.
