Job Description
Reporting directly to the Application / After-Sales Service Manager, this field-based role focuses on deploying, validating, and supporting ADVEEZ systems at customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deploying and validating ADVEEZ systems on-site
• Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure smooth deployments
• Supporting and training customer technical teams
• Troubleshooting technical issues in operational environments
• Managing product returns and after-sales service activities
• Collecting field feedback to support continuous product improvement
Travel requirement: up to 75% across the United States and France
Salary range: $60,000-$84,000 per year
Required qualifications
Skills and Experience Required :
• Associate degree or equivalent technical background (electronics, electrotechnics, or related field)
• Previous experience in a similar field-based or technical role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Adaptability to different environments
• Willingness to travel frequently
Nice to have:
• Experience with Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
• Exposure to IoT environments or embedded systems
• Experience working with international clients
