Job Description
Long-term mission within a complex IT environment in the railway sector, bridging business needs and technical implementation. The role focuses on delivering reliable, user-centric solutions and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and process models
Act as the interface between business units and IT teams
Support developers throughout the implementation phase
Participate in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation
Ensure delivered solutions meet functional expectations
Provide user support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Scope
End-to-end functional analysis across IT systems
Modeling and documentation of data flows, applications, and processes
Collaboration with developers, testers, and end-users
Continuous improvement of tools, processes, and user experience
Required qualifications
Experience
10+ years in functional analysis within IT environments
Strong experience in documentation (functional analysis, use cases, processes)
Proven ability to model systems using UML
Solid understanding of data flows and application architecture
Experience in integration testing and UAT
Technical Expertise
Tools: Enterprise Architect, Azure DevOps
Modeling: UML
Strong knowledge of IT systems and data flows
Testing: integration testing, UAT
Languages
French or Dutch: C1
English: B2
