Job Description
Within the railway signalling IT sector, you will support critical applications linked to ETCS and signalling systems. This role combines application management, cybersecurity governance, and risk validation, ensuring alignment with NIS2 and ISO27001 standards. You will contribute directly to the reliability, security, and compliance of mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
Risk & Security Governance :
Lead the Risk Analysis Committee for Applications (RacApps)
Validate risk analyses prior to production deployment
Challenge and improve the quality of risk assessments
Define and monitor quarterly KPIs
Configuration & Data Management :
Ensure accuracy and completeness of UCMDB data
Review inputs from Project Leaders
Coordinate monthly follow-ups with stakeholders
Cybersecurity Support :
Support the Security Champion in SOA documentation
Contribute to cybersecurity procedures and compliance (ISO27001, NIS2)
Project Support :
Assist Project Leaders and Program Manager
Contribute to project governance and documentation processes
Required Skills
Technical :
Strong experience in risk analysis (5+ years)
Solid knowledge of CMDB / UCMDB environments
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO27001, NIS/NIS2)
Basic networking knowledge
Experience supporting project/program management
Tools: Confluence, SharePoint
Required qualifications
Certifications :
Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent)
Languages :
French or Dutch: C2 level
Second national language: B2
English: B2
