We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-energy sales team and play a key role in driving pipeline growth.

You'll work directly with an Account Executive and report to the Head of Sales, in a setup designed for learning, performance, and fast career progression.
Identify and engage new prospects across the European market
Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Generate qualified meetings for your Account Executive
Partner closely with your AE to convert pipeline into revenue
Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging
Build a solid understanding of cybersecurity challenges and solutions

Profil recherché
First experience in a startup or SaaS environment is a strong plus
Comfortable with outbound and fast-paced environments
Basic understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem (ESN, software vendors, key solutions like EDR, IAM, etc.)
Fluent English is required (European scope)
Strong drive, resilience, and willingness to learn
Avantages
Base salary: 45,000 €
Variable:
50 € per qualified meeting
2x multiplier above 10 meetings/month
Bonus:
75 € per deal closed by your AE (from your pipeline)
2 days of remote.
