🎯 Context
We are looking for someone to join the Engineering Expertise Department of the French TSO's (Transmission System Operator). In a context of growing activity, the department is seeking to reinforce the team, particularly with a profile having previous direct experience in the O&M of an offshore substation.
📋 Department's Main Missions
- Ownership of the ERS (Employer Requirement Specifications) describing French TSO's HVAC and HVDC offshore substations, technical and functional coordination with other expert engineers;
- Technical engineering and expertise support to Project Execution teams before and during the EPCIC, reviewing and commenting on technical deliverables submitted by bidders and awarded EPCIC contractors;
- Technical engineering and expertise support to Maintenance teams to prepare O&M phases (from preparation through tendering phases and all execution until delivery of the substations);
- Establishing asset management strategies for French TSO's offshore substations and putting in place the relevant O&M contracts.
🗂️ Main Tasks
- Expertise regarding OSS O&M
- Definition of O&M Strategy for OSS assets
- Maintenance in design and verification of O&M deliverables provided by EPCIC contractors
- Preparation of O&M Tenders (drafting ITT documents: technical specifications, SOW, etc.)
- Drafting internal French TSO documents covering the O&M scope
📍 Organisation & Conditions
- Full-time position, integrated within the Engineering Expertise Department
- Mission duration: 1 year (220 days), with opportunities for extension
- Based at French TSO's HQ at La Défense, Paris
- Remote working possible: up to 2 days per week (to be discussed with the Department Manager)
Profil recherché
Requirements / Prérequis :
- Expertise in Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Substations (HVAC and/or HVDC)
- At least 5 years direct experience in Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Substations
- Proven track record with Offshore Substations either on Client side (TSO or OWF Developers is a plus), main OEM supplier or Offshore O&M;
- Demonstrated team-working ability;
