Job Description
We are looking for a TBM Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for cost transparency and planning processes. The role ensures accurate, reliable TBM data and supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Load, validate, and maintain financial cost data, including General Ledger, vendor, labor, and asset data.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by ensuring accurate and timely financial datasets.
- Perform routine data quality checks to maintain consistency, completeness, and integrity across datasets and reports.
- Administer user access, role provisioning, and permissions in line with governance standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve routine data and reporting issues, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Maintain and update process and data documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and automation of processes.
Required qualifications
- Experience working with financial datasets including GL, vendor, labor, and asset data.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve data and reporting issues.
- Familiarity with access governance, role management, and permissions administration.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Experience documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
