Job Description
As part of the development and evolution of strategic internal applications, our client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Business Analyst capable of combining strong technical expertise with a good understanding of business needs.
This key role is within a demanding environment where applications are developed in-house and widely used by internal teams.
- The successful candidate will be involved in both the design and development phases while interacting directly with end users.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis of business needs and support teams in defining appropriate application solutions
- Develop and enhance internal applications based on .NET technologies
- Interact directly with internal users to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Translate business challenges into functional and technical specifications
- Contribute to application architecture and technical decision-making
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance of the developed solutions
- Participate in the support and continuous improvement of existing tools
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and various stakeholders across the organization
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in .NET development within professional environments
- Ability to operate in a hybrid Developer / Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand business processes
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders (HR teams, business users, IT, management)
- Comfortable working in complex organizational environments
- English level C1 required; an additional language is a plus
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#
- Good command of SQL databases
- Experience with Python, particularly for data analysis, automation, or scripting
- Experience developing internal or business-critical applications
- Knowledge of React is a plus
- Good understanding of modern application architectures
