Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer & Content Creator to help integrate generative AI into creative process. This role is ideal for a systematic thinker who can both create high-quality content and design scalable workflows for the design team. You will play a key role in defining best practices for using AI in design and video production, while enabling the team through guides, templates, and practical tutorials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document creative workflows that integrate generative AI tools for video production, asset creation, and UI design.
- Create best-practice guides, templates, and tutorials to help the design team adopt AI-driven workflows.
- Act as the team's subject matter expert on AI tools, providing guidance and support to designers.
- Produce high-quality video content such as product explainers and tutorials using AI-enhanced workflows.
- Create visual assets and support UI design in tools such as Figma.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to identify opportunities for improving processes with AI.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve AI-enabled creative workflows.
Required qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating experience developing and documenting creative workflows, ideally involving generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Midjourney, AI video/audio tools) in a professional creative environment.
- Experience creating documentation, how-to guides, or training materials for teams.
- Strong video production and editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and effectively.
