Job Description
Your Mission at MAREBLU
As Brand & Communication Manager, you will:
- Build and strengthen Mareblu's brand equity
- Increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
- Lead communication strategies across both traditional and digital channels
- Drive consumer-centric product innovation and renovation
- Monitor performance and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams in a fast-paced international environment
- You will be a key player in Mareblu's growth, ensuring a strong competitive position and sustainable market success in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Portfolio Management
- Own the performance of your product portfolio
- Define and execute brand and marketing strategies
- Drive market share growth and competitive positioning
- Lead short- and long-term innovation and renovation projects
- Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media, display advertising)
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, analyze campaign performance, and optimize continuously
- Manage digital communication budgets and external partner relationships
- Identify target audiences and design campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy
Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
Operate in an international, multi-country, fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Brand Management, in FMCG and multinational environments
- Expertise in KPIs tracking, performance analysis, and ROI evaluation
- Experienced in product launch and innovation projects
- Analytical thinker with a creative mindset
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
