Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer for the project for the client in the EdTech industry. If you want to help teams adopt AI tools and make a real impact on how education technology is built, apply now.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and look after internal AI tools and platforms (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor and others as they come).
- Run gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Be the first point of contact for anyone who needs help using AI tools the right way.
- Create and run telemetry to understand how AI is being used and what difference it makes.
- Build dashboards that show adoption trends, productivity changes and team-level comparisons over time.
- Provide data and insights for monthly AI impact reports.
- Help build early prototypes, proof-of-concepts and agent experiments.
- Turn ideas and high-level concepts into working technical solutions.
- Work with the Head of AI & Data to assess what is feasible and validate approaches.
- Keep the AI Knowledge Hub up to date with documentation, prompt examples and lessons learned.
- Help onboard and train teams so they can use AI tools in their day-to-day work.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams across countries, staying within agreed governance and security guidelines.
Required qualifications
- Solid background in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
- Practical experience with current LLM tools and workflows, including prompting, evaluation, prototyping and agents.
- Worked in AWS-based environments for AI or data projects (e.g. Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
- Good grasp of how data moves through systems and how to measure things in engineering or product teams.
- Can build and maintain dashboards and simple data pipelines.
- Used to working with different teams and adjusting to how each one operates.
- Good communicator who is comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Understands the basics of AI governance, security and compliance.
- Has worked with or been exposed to AI agents, orchestration tools or internal AI platforms.
- Works independently, takes ownership of delivery and knows when to escalate.
- Has experience in distributed or international team setups.
